"If I had to summarize how the IEPP began, I would tell you that I discovered Positive Psychology in 2006 when I decided to use it with myself. The results were so surprising that I decided to research and train outside of Spain to better help my clients and then I shared with my colleagues what had worked best for me.
Since then we have grown as an entity, we are 50 people in the team. We have been pioneers in Europe training professionals in Positive Psychology: more than 10,000 students. And we designed our own method, the FORTE IEPP Method, a unique system with which to know and optimize the use of balanced strengths that has been shown to increase general satisfaction with life. "
